Refund policy

General:

Please refer to the description on the product page for complete refund policies. 

Due to the customization at ALL our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS!

However, if you cancel with at least 24 hours notice for IN STUDIO workshops your project will be saved and can be completed at a future public workshop or open paint session within 30 days.

For OFF-SITE workshops your project can be packaged as a Hammer@Home kit for you to DIY at Home, or if there is availability you may complete your project at another public workshop within the next 30 days.

Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received a refund request to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hammerandstain.northcharleston@gmail.com.
