• We take care of set up for the party.
• We give you up to 3 hours of Studio creativity!
• You may bring in your own cake, snacks and drinks!
• Our amazing staff offers guided instruction for each project!
• We provide all of the materials.
• Each guest will leave with a beautiful, fun, whimsical piece!!
• Hammer & Stain handles all of the clean up so you can enjoy the pARTy!
• You may arrive 30 minute early to set up.
• All head counts and project selections are due 2 days before the pARTy. 
• At least 2 adults are required to attend each pARTy.

Parties can be held on the weekends at 10:00 am or 2:30 pm or during the week in the afternoon when school is in session.

During Summer breaks we can accommodate weekday parties at 10 am or 2:30 pm 

We are pretty flexible with our scheduling, so always ask us if we can schedule a party. We maybe able to accommodate a request, even if the calendar appears full! 

We like a minimum of 2 weeks lead time for parties so that we can build you pARTy page and you have plenty of time to share the link!

Please note that we will try to update you on who has registered to attend the pARTy, but we have found that often people will sign up on the last day that registration is open.

Fill out all of the required information on the pARty selection page and submit.

This is a WOOD workshop. Your sign will have cracks, chips, knot and other natural blemishes that give wood its distinctive characteristics. Some peeling may occur during the process, We will do our best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional. Please keep in mind that no sign is absolutely perfect a it is handcrafted. Your piece will certainly be WALL worthy and ready for you to display in your home or give as a gift.

We realize that kids get sick and emergencies occur. Due to customization at ALL our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS for workshops. However, if you cancel with at least 24 HOURS notice we will be happy to reschedule your pARTy with in the next 30 DAYS at our Studio. If you can not reschedule during that time, we will be happy to pack up all of the materials and supplies for you to host your own DIY pARTy at home at your convenience.

Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT receive a credit for a future workshop.
